We declare our support for the United States Navy’s Pacific Fleet, but our firm opposition to the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing and any other sonar exercises that would kill and harass whales. We consider whales, dolphins, porpoises and other marine life to be among the most important things our Navy must endeavor to protect.
